Cultivating Cultural Connections (Virtual Group)

Free weekly virtual group for Women who identify as Black, Indigenous, and/or a Person of Color (BIPOC). This group is focused on creating a safe, compassionate, and supportive space where group members are able to address topics of mental wellness, personal growth and further understanding of self in these current times as a collective community.  Group members will also explore their intersecting identities and process experiences of racism, sexism, oppression and discrimination with a particular focus on developing individualized and culturally relevant self-care, boundaries, and wellness strategies. 

Day and Time: Wednesdays at 5:30 pm
