Lucia DaPrato, MS, LMHC
Lucia is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who graduated with a Masters of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Bay Path University and a Bachelor of Arts degree (BA) in Psychology from Clark University. At Clark, Lucia focused on child cognitive development in her courses and research. She also played on the university’s varsity soccer team!
Lucia has significant experience working with children, adolescents and their families in academic and hospital settings. She treats individuals, groups, and families looking to cope with anxiety, depression, self-injurious behavior, trauma, low self-esteem and other emotional and behavioral needs. She utilizes CBT, DBT and mindfulness, play therapy, and expressive therapy modalities to meet the individual needs of her clients. |
