Taryn O'Neil, Clinical Intern

Taryn O'Neil (She/Her/Hers) is a graduate clinical intern at South Shore Child and Family Counseling. She graduated from University of Massachusetts Amherst with a Bachelors of Science and is currently pursuing a Masters of Social Work from Boston College School of Social Work with certificates in neuroscience and trauma. Taryn enjoys working with individuals of all ages and backgrounds and has experience working with children and adults in the partial hospitalization program setting. Taryn has experience working with individuals with anxiety, depression, self-injurious behavior, suicidal ideation, trauma, and low self-esteem. She utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Mindfulness while working from a strengths-based perspective. In Taryn's free time she enjoys basketball, traveling, and being by the ocean.
